Recently I found a job as an Accountant Assistant in a recognized Business Organization located close to my house in Ratnapura. I was able to find this place with the Sabaragamuwa Chamber of Commerce, because without the support of the Chamber of Commerce and the Job Seekers training that I may not be able to find this job. The Chamber prepared us very well as how to find a job placement to suit to my Qualifications and according to my perception and desire. And also I learned how to prepare for an interview. The soft skills that we learned during the class were very helpful for me to being selected for this post. I personally believe that the learning of developing the confidence, positive attitudes, Effective communication, well dress and the first impression had been very useful for me to compete with others and get selected. I also believe that the soft skills I learned during this programme will further guide me to go forward and make my carrier path success in the future being working in this organization. Therefore, I extend my sincere thanks for the Sabaragamuwa Chamber of Commerce and appreciate the important role played by the chamber on behalf of job seekers in Ratnapura.
